A.R.T has prepared a wide body kit and power boost for the 2013 Mercedes-Benz G63/65 AMG. By reprogramming the ECU, installing high-flow catalytic converters and extra cooling for the engine, fuel circuit and transmission, they were able to increase output of the twin-turbo V8 5.5-liter in the G63 AMG from 536 hp (400 kW) to 681 hp (508 kW). The same upgrade is available for the twin-turbo V12 6.0-liter in the G65 AMG, increasing power from 603 hp (450 kW) to 749 hp (558 kW). The torque is electronically limited to 1,000 Nm (737 lb-ft).
Besides adding more ponies, A.R.T. has also created a "streetline" wide body kit that includes a new front bumper with built-in spoiler and more air intakes, along with an aero engine hood in bi-color design with 19 air intakes. It also gets a stainless steel sport exhaust system with three end pipes per side.
This G-Class rides on monoART1 22x10 wheels with 295/35 R22 tires and has been fitted with a roof spoiler. Other highlights include bi-xenon headlamps with built-in LED DRLs and various interior customization possibilities with materials like leather, Alcantara, carbon and wood.
