German tuner Geiger Cars has created its own compressor-laden edition of the 2011 Ford Mustang.

By adding a twin-screw supercharger of 2.3 liters in volume to the standard 5.0 liter V8, Geiger Cars dials the Mustang's power ratings up to 497 PS (366 kW) and 634 Nm (468 lb-ft) from the series 412 (303 kW) and 529 Nm (390 lb-ft) of torque.

The German tuner also courteously removes the electronic speed limiter and lets the Mustang rage to a maximum speed of 274 km/h (170 mph).

Before any work is done, base price for the 2011 Mustang is €42,900. The price tag on the performance tuning is €12,990.

For an improved ride, a sports chassis (€1,899) is also offered as well as lightweight OZ Ultraleggera metal rims sized 8.5 x 20-inch (front) and 10 x 20-inch (rear) wrapped in high performance tires in 245/35R20 and 285/30R20 dimensions, front and back, respectively. The wheel set can be had for €5,190.
